After a disastrous LeasePlan rental deal, leaving me with a spare tire for more than 13 days, the situation became unsustainable, forcing me to cancel the appointment again and postpone it for several days due to a full schedule, even though I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Putting my life at risk due to their incompetence. Thanks to the EuroMaster Alcorcón workshop, which agreed to solve the problem, offering to squeeze in more time and changing the tires that same afternoon. A few days ago I had a flat tire and went straight to the garage, without an appointment and late in the afternoon. They helped me quickly so I didn't have to call a tow truck. The team is very professional, clear, and friendly, and at no point did I feel pressured or misled. They show you the replaced parts, and if something doesn't need replacing, they let you know. They always call to tell you the cost of the repair and what is essential or not. Very happy with everything overall.
