I was helped by a man who didn't listen to me at all, even after I repeatedly explained my intention to get specific tires. He didn't even recognize a well-known Michelin model. If I hadn't called ahead while they were fitting them to double-check, they would have only fitted one front tire instead of both, as required by law. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to fit two tires. On the plus side, it wasn't expensive.

Unbelievable. I bought some tires, paid for online, and requested a date for installation. I arrived and they didn't even have the tires, and their excuse was that they hadn't opened the email. You're unprofessional and thieves. P.S. They didn't even try to explain anything politely. What's more, one of the brothers, who by the way must be retired by now, tried to scam my partner by charging them twice for tires that had already been paid for online and weren't even in stock. In other words, they tried to deceive us and didn't even know that orders are sent by email.

How easy it is to insult and slander someone just because they don't fit your narrow mold. They are wonderful, ever since I first visited them five years ago, when I first arrived in Almería. They are always there, always giving their best, and besides being genuinely kind and incredibly caring and humane, truly, my goodness. They wouldn't even need to be in this industry; just being in reality is more than enough for us all. Hooray for hardworking, genuinely humane people! When everyone is stuck in the system, what will become of us?

BAD EXPERIENCE. I went in for something simple and they ended up changing the entire wheel without my consent. I DO NOT recommend them.
