My experience was perfect, and I'll always remember it as one of those unforgettable anecdotes.
Here's a brief summary to introduce the review: On February 12, 2026, at 11:30 AM, while driving on the A4 near Marmolejo, I had a tire blowout because I couldn't avoid one of the hundreds of potholes. I called a tow truck and the Civil Guard; they arrived quite quickly. While they were taking down my information and the tow truck was loading the car, I called this garage. Isabel answered, I explained what had happened, and I asked if they had tires the right size for my car. Isabel called me back shortly after and said yes, so I went straight there, and by 1:00 PM I was at the garage door. Once there, I spoke with Carlos and asked him if they could fit the tires that same day (I didn't really like asking because I'm not a regular customer, and we all have the same problem). Carlos told me not to worry, that they would install them that same day, but I didn't expect it to be so quick. By 2:00 PM, my car was ready to continue my trip to Navarra.
I am very grateful to Isabel, Carlos, and the mechanics who made it possible to solve the problem so quickly. Of course, it wasn't a life-threatening issue, and I'm aware of that, but for me that day it was a problem, and I was lucky to find these people who fixed it.

I wasn't directly affected, but I recommended the place to a friend who was traveling and urgently needed to change two tires, and his experience was terrible.
He asked me to find a place to change two tires that were in bad shape urgently because he had to get back to Tarifa the same day. I recommended several places, but none of them offered same-day service. We went to Vulcanizados, and they assured him that the tires would be mounted that afternoon, and he could return to Tarifa. We stopped looking for other options, and he waited for a call to schedule the tire change. Hours passed, there was no call, and they didn't answer his calls either. In the end, he had to stay in a hotel overnight, and the next morning, first thing, he received a call saying he could come and change the tires. The company didn't offer even the slightest consideration; they could have at least given him a small discount or something. So, he got the tires changed and asked to change a light bulb, and they charged him €10 for a bulb. Outrageous! It's clearly a company with a lot of customers, but in my case, I'll never go back and I won't recommend it either. Regards

I had an issue with my car on my way to Seville with my family. I stopped and they did me the favor of taking a look to see what was wrong. They were very kind throughout, inspecting and testing my car, and since they found no fault, they didn't charge me anything. I was able to continue more relaxed. I really appreciate their attention and, of course, I recommend their shop.
