I was just passing through and had limited time, so the situation was quite urgent. The person I spoke to was not just a receptionist, but the owner. He did not seem very helpful. I asked if it was possible to repair or replace a flat tire, and he simply said no. Later, I found out that it would have absolutely been possible, and ordering a replacement tire could have been arranged the same day – I know this from other experiences. He also did not offer any real support or guidance on where else to go. Given that I don’t speak the local language well, I would have appreciated if he had made a few calls or used his contacts to help.

The service here was incredible. Family run business. Our alternator went on us and needed to be repaired quick as we are living in our van on the road. Raquel took great care of us, took us to town and the car the ready to go the following day.

It's so appreciated that when you're most stranded with a rental car, in this case with a flat tire and no spare, they sort everything out as quickly as they did for me. Especially considering I'm currently using winter tires. My car was back in service in just over two hours, and that's how long it took for the rental company to respond, because the garage answered everything immediately.
