They did the wheel alignment at 83,000 km (approximately). They left the nut that secures the achieved toe-in completely loose. Four thousand kilometers later, I had to change both tires, get the alignment done again, and confirm that they WERE indeed TIGHTENING THE TOE-IN NUT (at another shop, obviously). I'll leave it at that; everyone can draw their own conclusions. I'm never going back to this shop.

I went today for my car's annual service. At this garage, they not only take good care of your car, but also of you. They are incredibly friendly, they dedicate time to you, and they explain everything in detail. Furthermore, they aren't trying to make a sale. My experience at this workshop involved fitting two tires. What I'd highlight most was the service from the receptionist, Ainara. She's a fantastic professional, and the customer service was excellent because she was so friendly. In my case, she gave me a quote for the tires I wanted and advised me on any issues or promotions they might have. They had a money-back promotion for fitting Michelin tires, which I've already received. Besides that, the tires are performing wonderfully. I got caught in a snowstorm on the road over the weekend, and for a summer tire, it handled perfectly without any problems during the trip. Thank you ❤️

They're serious and work well. They email you when something needs to be changed, etc. The mechanic who helped me was very kind and professional. On the other hand, every time I go, they recommend changing a lot of things (my car isn't very old), and I don't like that at all. I understand that everyone has to make money, but... You have to be a little more subtle with your recommendations.
