So, I walk in, I am not greeted, then the lady keeps on the computer and after 7 minutes decides she is going to say, "what can I do for you", I show her the photo of my tyres and she rudely tells me to zoom into the phone. Then, she searches on her computer with her sad face as if she's doing me a favour. Then tells me there is no stock. Never did she tell me that it could be ordered. I am no liar, and I have the entire conversation recorded on my phone if your company needs evidence of the encounter? I'm happy to put it on youtube if you need it? The sad thing is that the day before Euromaster in the other city fixed my puncture repair, and they were super nice. This lady needs to separate having a bad customer with new customers. In the end, I went to another local business and was happy to spend 900€ on 4 tyres. She was rude and unhappy in her life. Maybe she needs a new job elsewhere.

I arrived at the garage without an appointment and quite worried because I had a screw stuck in my wheel. Even though they were busy, they attended to me immediately and were very helpful. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly explained what had happened and how they were going to fix it. The service was surprisingly fast; in just a few minutes, they inspected the wheel, removed the screw, and left everything in perfect condition. I felt very well taken care of and grateful for their efficiency and customer service. Without a doubt, this garage is highly recommended for anyone needing a quick and reliable solution.

Excellent service on Christmas Eve. Despite the workshop being completely full, they helped me without an appointment and repaired my puncture in under an hour. I'm very grateful for their professionalism and speed, especially on such a busy day. Highly recommended.

We went to check the tire pressure, which was low. They were fantastic, super friendly, quick, and excellent. We were able to continue our trip without any problems. Highly recommended.

I'm giving them one because it's impossible not to. Judge for yourselves, seeing the state they left my rims in. It's clear they're hardly professional, to say the least. On top of that, they kept quiet, and if I don't look, they'll just screw me over. Although it didn't help much to notice the damage. I even had to call the police because they refused to give me their insurance details so my company could file the corresponding claim for damages. After seeing the damage they caused, they wanted to fix them for me. No way. The rims are appraised, and depending on the appraisal, they're either replaced or repaired wherever I say, of course. Or we want to continue saving money. After many months, and thanks to my insurance, I have them perfect again. But I want to make it very clear that it was thanks to my insurance; they didn't fix anything for me. You learn from everything, and what I know is that I will never leave my car in the hands of unprofessional people again, disrespectful of what happened at their facilities due to the poor practices of their staff.
