ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN Yesterday, January 29th, they fixed a flat tire for me. They did it very quickly, in about an hour, but to my surprise, they did a shoddy job. In the afternoon, I found some kind of "threads" sticking out of the rim of the new tire. When I looked closer, I saw a huge tangle of threads inside the tire, which turned out to be the remains of the old tire tangled in the steering... I also found out that they should have replaced the other tire, the pair, because THEY ARE CHANGED IN PAIRS, even if the customer doesn't ask. This is information they should be required to provide... We told them they should have replaced the other one, and their response was that we had asked for one and that, besides, he "didn't even see the car"... In short, very unprofessional.

I went to Euromaster because my car's steering wheel was vibrating at speeds over 120 km/h. They balanced the wheels and the problem disappeared. I also explained that I was missing a nut in the fuse box and they replaced it. They've gained a customer.

It's my go-to garage; whenever I have a problem with my tires, they fix it. That's because I buy my tires from them, and they have insurance that covers it.
