We are so happy we chose this garage! They took care of us immediately in our emergency and fixed everything that needed fixing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The lady at reception went above and beyond! Thank you so much again for the fantastic help. I would definitely come back. 🤩

The attention is friendly! But the service is simply incomprehensible and lacks empathy! I had a 9 am appointment for a timing belt change and a possible extra job—apparently a problem with the injectors! Which was completed! I was asked to leave the vehicle for another day for the next repair! After two days, they told me they hadn't even looked at it due to lack of time! They asked me to come back two days later and leave it again! I wonder, wouldn't it have been easier to finish the job and ask the next customer to wait four hours? Instead of waiting 12 hours and asking me to come back another day and lose probably another 12 hours? It's simply incomprehensible. As a manager with experience in customer service, I just don't understand it. Short, this mechanic place doesn't consider customer needs! The best work you're going to hear! Come back another day!

I'm giving it one star because I can't give less. I think this has to be, if not the worst garage in Spain, then the worst garage in all of Galicia. The first time I had to take my car there was years ago because of a tow truck error; they took it to the wrong garage. The problem was the alternator, along with a supposed circuit board that the car was missing, which they claimed to be installing. Six months later, I had to scrap the car because the makeshift repair they did caused the alternator to shift to one side, and the vibration caused it to pierce the radiator, in addition to causing extensive engine damage. Years later, I made the same mistake again. Due to growth in the area, the other garages were busy, and I had no choice but to take the car there simply to have some lights replaced and a door adjusted, as well as to have the fluid levels and the general condition of the vehicle checked. They told me everything was fine, and the next day the car started overheating, and the low oil warning light came on. They didn't even bother to check the levels. Four days later, the car started overheating and having problems it had never had before. When I took it back, they told me the water pump and thermostat had broken (odd, because it hadn't given me any trouble until then, and it happened just a few days after I'd taken it to the garage). But what I find most unbelievable is that when the garage took it in on the 28th, they told me that, despite it almost certainly being their fault, they couldn't work on it until the 15th. They also gave me a very high estimate, which I reluctantly accepted. When I called on the 16th to ask about the car, they told me they hadn't started on it yet, but that they had seen it being taken into the garage. I called again on the 21st, and the guy from the garage told me they still hadn't been able to work on the car, but that he would have it fixed. Days went by with absolutely no word about the car, and then on the 26th, I was driving when I saw my car speeding past me (a car that's almost impossible to mistake, since it's a sports car, one of only three in my entire region). On the 28th, I called the garage and explained what had happened, and they brazenly told me to bring the car in. I never imagined such a large garage could offer service, professionalism, and quality comparable to that of a homeless person. I even think they might have damaged the car themselves just to keep squeezing money out of me. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH THIS GARAGE!!! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. IT'S BETTER TO WAIT FOR GOOD SERVICE THAN TO PAY FOR THEM TO WRONG YOUR CAR! Update: Interestingly, my partner had also been to that garage, and to no one's surprise, she took it in for starting problems, saying something was wrong, something that wasn't the norm. They told her, in a roundabout way, that it was the battery and that they had to replace it with a very expensive one, even though she said she had just replaced it and the alternator too, they insisted. Guess what happened? The moment she went to the garage to get the car and try to start it, it wouldn't start, and the guy at the garage, with a straight face, told her it was fine, he'd push-start it. And when she complained that she had brought it in to be fixed, they told her that the problem was actually an electrical fault, but they replaced it anyway without asking her and charged her directly for something that didn't fix the car. Every time I think they can't do anything else, they outdo themselves.

Very poor service from the reception staff. Your explanation in response to the review doesn't accurately reflect reality. I didn't return the next day; you gave me an appointment for five days later, and I'm still waiting for you to call and tell me my car is ready.
