Top service, competent knowledge and friendly staff.
On our road trip to Spain, our drive shaft started making noises and sooner or later had to be replaced. As we were only a few kilometers away from Madrid, we decided to look for a workshop here.
We asked 7 garages for help, but only here at Neumaticos Vallejo could we get immediate help despite our lack of Spanish.
At all the other garages we were turned away at reception, only a few wanted to know more about the problem and then turned us away.
But at Neumaticos Vallejo, a mechanic immediately came along and lay down under our van to localize and assess the problem.
The mechanic confirmed my suspicion about the drive shaft and ordered the replacement part.
While we were waiting, we stayed at a campsite and had a few nice days in Madrid. After a few days I received an email that our replacement part had arrived and that we should come the next day for installation.
Our van was ready after a few hours and we could continue our road trip.
Neumaticos Vallejo offers a very friendly, competent, helpful and cheerful service!

I was looking for a garage in the neighborhood to take my car to because of a battery problem. They gave me an appointment for the next day. They attended to me right away, running the tests and ordering and installing a new battery in less than 30 minutes, with great professionalism and friendliness. They've gained a customer for a long time.
