I wouldn't give it less because I can't. They don't want to work for individuals or rental companies. The customer service is awful; they explain things shouting like an ogre. I had to tell them three times not to raise their voice at me, and they kept going. I just explained that I needed a quote to change the tires, that I didn't need to get it done right away if they didn't have an opening, but they still kept asking me why I was coming there to get my tires changed. I don't know, it's a quick-service garage. I explained that they were special tires that I would probably have to order, and that's why I needed a quote. They just kept yelling at me, asking if I didn't have an appointment... an appointment for a quote! I don't know if they don't want to run a quick-service garage and don't know how to treat customers or respect women... You'd be better off closing the business and finding another profession; you'd be happier and less bitter.

The mechanic who helped us, named Luis, worked quickly, explaining everything he was going to do to the car and pointing out other problems we had in a clear and straightforward way. I was very happy with Luis's service. My father recommended him, and I highly recommend him too.

Excellent service! The customer service representative was very friendly and made me feel very well taken care of. Also, the mechanic Antonio did a fantastic job servicing my Renault Grand Scenic. You can tell he knows what he's doing. Honestly, I left very happy and I'll definitely be back.

Don't take your car to this garage. The workers do more than they can, but the boss is a disgrace who won't face the music. My car was out of commission for six months; I had to take it to another garage, Gosancar, which is actually a quality place. And to top it off, they have it parked outside, and they leave the interior dirty and scratched. Again, the workers are very good, but the boss won't face any problems.
