Today, September 29th, at 10:40 a.m., I had an appointment scheduled at the shop for my vehicle to be inspected, which was reconfirmed yesterday by a message from Euromaster himself. At 10:40 a.m., I arrived and the shop was closed, with no notice or announcement on the door. I called the phone, but no one answered. Anyway, I expected more seriousness and formality from this shop, given its good reviews, so I'm sorry to have to give it a negative review, but it is what it is.

I've had a couple of car problems unfortunately, and I've always gone here and they've sorted everything out with kindness and professionalism. If anything else happens, I'll definitely come back, but I hope nothing else will happen.
