Great service and very friendly staff. In the middle of a long roadtrip, I got a flat tyre. Allthough understaffed, they made an extra effort and got me on the road again the same day. These places are starting to get hard to find. Thank you again!

I had a 3-week appointment scheduled for brake pad replacement, so I took my vehicle in. They told me the approximate time would be 1-1.5 hours. I agreed to wait in the waiting room.
After a 2-hour wait, without any explanation, they returned my vehicle, and to my surprise, the job wasn't finished because they hadn't reset the warning system. I went back to the workshop, where they kept me for another 1.5 hours without telling me anything, only that I was unlucky and that it happens sometimes… The next day, after an apology message, they told me they had forgotten the diagnostic system in my vehicle and asked how they could arrange a rescheduling. I really hit the jackpot with them…
These things can happen, yes, but not addressing the customer and informing them of the situation when they've been waiting for almost 4 hours is negligence and a lack of communication. Terrible customer service, and the workshop isn't what it used to be. Too much work for such poor management. Good luck.

In addition to the excellent advice from the administrative team, in my case, the tire replacement on my Maxitrail was carried out by an experienced motorcycle mechanic who treated my vehicle with care and professionalism.
They quickly and efficiently replaced my old tires with new, state-of-the-art Metzeler tires, demonstrating great professionalism.
Although I've only been able to test them on asphalt, the experience has been very positive in terms of grip, handling, and performance, even on wet surfaces.
I'm delighted to have shopped at this establishment; I'll definitely be back.

We had a mishap with our motorcycle tire on the Trans-Pyrenees route. As we approached the garage, we spoke to Sergio, who handled the emergency situation with great care and speed, and also pointed out a detail we hadn't noticed. Thank you very much, we were able to continue our route.
