I went there a while ago because of a handling issue with our car, which almost caused an accident in a flash flood in Jaén. I'd heard good things about this garage. Javi provided excellent service and did a great job, taking the time to listen to the problem and then explaining it after fixing the alignment issue and other problems that had been addressed at another garage. Javi even called me later to check on how the car was handling, a nice touch. Today I went back with my son's car, and Amaia scheduled an appointment as soon as possible because of a trip my son has to take to a snowy area. They changed the tires quickly, and we're relieved that he'll be traveling with new, good, and properly fitted tires. Thank you, Javi, and see you soon.

I had forgotten to rate this mechanic service, and if it had been bad, I probably wouldn't have gone in, because anyone can have an off day. I'd never dealt with Euromaster before, and when they told me they could fix my problem, I didn't hesitate. At first, Javier might seem a bit curt (not in terms of his manner, though), but after how he treated me, that seemed the least important thing. He didn't know me at all, yet he went to the trouble that the garage I usually took my car to refused to make, and even though he couldn't fix it himself, he told me about the garage where I could find the solution, which he did. When I have any problems, I'll go there, like when I need to change my tires. Honesty deserves to be rewarded.

Everything was perfect. Very professional. I went in with an emergency flat tire and they did everything they could to fix it as quickly as possible. Highly recommended.
