Very unhappy. First, they told me they didn't charge for the diagnosis, but they charged me more than €50. Then they said it was an ABS sensor, but they also replaced the battery, which had never given me any problems. And since the warnings on the screen didn't go away, they told me it was another part of the sensor and added bearings, totaling just over €600 for a sensor malfunction.

👎🏼 SHAMEFUL 👎🏼 🛠 Timing belt replacement (two belts in my car) at 95,000 km at Talleres Velasco in September 2022. So far, so good. 🛠 💥 After 10,000 km, in February 2024, and after spending a winter night outside, the car wouldn't start. I called a tow truck and took the car to a garage in Valladolid, where I was at the time. That's where they sent me these photos of the small belt that synchronizes both camshafts. Worn, with markings worn off by friction. It even has cracks! Nothing like the large belt that synchronizes everything with the crankshaft. 💥 ❌️ It seems clear that the 95,000 km replacement was only done for one of the belts. It could have been human error, an oversight, anything. ❌️ 🗣 At Talleres Velasco, I was attended to by the manager, Rubén. I provided all the affected parts and the invoice for the work done in September 2022. They claimed I had exceeded the 3-month and/or X km warranty (a typical, all-powerful excuse used by these kinds of franchises, which the law should require to offer warranties that aren't ridiculous), and that I should have taken the car there (paying all the expenses and, of course, the repair myself). In short, they completely refused any kind of refund and were very rude. 🗣 🤦‍♂️ Conclusion? I almost lost my car. If that belt broke, the damage is irreparable, and customers will always be defenseless against this kind of behavior where no one takes any responsibility. 🤦‍♂️ To those brave souls who continue to trust these franchises, I wish you the best of luck. I'm not playing this lottery anymore. PS: Don't go on Saturdays because: "With what we earn Monday through Friday, we don't need to open on Saturdays." 👏👍🏼 Like I said... a phenomenon.

Edito: me han llamado reconociendo un error en la factura y me han abonado 60 euros. De taller de confianza a cobrar por una recarga de aire acondicionado 231 euros, (la última recarga hace cuatro años 129), la atención muy rápida, parece que ya no tiene tanta gente.
