I called and they told me they'd be with me soon, but I had to wait an hour before they got the van ready. The guy who was changing them wasn't very friendly, but the manager was much better.

I went to this workshop today, November 11, 2025. They are good workers and fast, and I've also been to the one in Pinto on other occasions and it was great. José is a good worker, a real workhorse who's based in Pinto but uses a van to go to different jobs. A 10 out of 10!

Today, June 30, 2025, at 10:30 AM. I went to Euromaster to have a flat tire checked on my truck. From the beginning, the experience was very negative. The manager was completely disinterested and had a very bad attitude. At first, he didn't even want to help me, and when he finally did, he started complaining because the truck was loaded. After a very superficial check, he told me there was nothing he could do and that I would have to replace both tires immediately. I went to another shop, where they treated me professionally, and in a matter of minutes, they fixed the flat tire without having to change anything. They were even surprised by the diagnosis they had given me at Euromaster. The worst part was the terrible service from the manager, who showed very little willingness to help and zero interest in providing good service. I will never go to that shop again, and I do not recommend it at all.

Excellent service. Wonderful, responsive staff. I needed to change a tire for a spare on my truck. I contacted this service the day before, told them I needed the repair done the next morning, and mechanic Antonio told me to come by at 9:00. I arrived and they took me in right away, and they did everything quickly and efficiently, and most importantly, for a reasonable price. Thanks to this service and especially to the mechanics Antonio and Alvarez.
