Quick, professional and very good service. Can't ask for anything more really. Took a flat tire, and in around 20m they had it sort it out and placed in its rigth place. The cost I though was appropriate for the value.

Good afternoon, I went in this afternoon around 3:15 pm because of an emergency with a headlight that had burned out, and I needed to leave on a trip urgently. A very kind gentleman named Rodrigo helped me; he not only solved the problem in no time, but his tact and understanding deserve my sincerest praise. A truly wonderful person. Thank you very much.

Well, given the delays and negligence shown by this garage, it's time to write a review.
In November 2024, my car was due for its MOT (Spanish vehicle inspection), which it failed because of problems with the lambda sensor related to emissions.
Since I still don't have a trusted garage because I haven't found one with truly professional mechanics, I always end up changing garages every time my car needs work done.
This time I tried this one, explained the problem, and they gave me an appointment for a week later; apparently, they were very busy. So, since I had to get the problem fixed and didn't want to go all over the neighborhood looking for someone who could fix it faster and cheaper, I decided to give them a chance. "BIG MISTAKE."
On the day of the appointment, I dropped off my car in the morning, telling them that in addition to the lambda sensor issue, they should also check the engine light that came on on the dashboard from time to time.
They called me in the afternoon with a quote of €165. I asked if that would cover the MOT (Spanish vehicle inspection) and fix the lambda sensor issue and the engine fault light on the dashboard. They said yes, that everything had been checked and resolved, and that the only fault displayed was the sensor.
Looking up prices online for the sensor for my car, it didn't seem cheap, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and accepted the quote.
The next day they called to pick up the car, saying everything was fixed.
I paid and took it for the MOT. It passed, but just as I was heading back, the engine fault light came on again.
I went straight to the garage, but they told me the mechanic had already left at 6:30 PM and to come back the next day. I went back the following day, and they cleared the fault light. And they tell me (the "mechanic") that since the car is quite old (it's from 2004), to find out exactly what's wrong, they'd have to check all the sensors and components, and that it would be very expensive for me since they'd have to take half the car apart, and it wasn't worth it.
THEY SAID THE BEST THING TO DO IS TO TAKE IT TO THEM WHEN I HAVE TO GET IT INSPIRED FOR THE MOT (ITV) SO THEY CAN CLEAR THE FAULT CODE. I'M UNBELIEVABLE ABOUT THE DIAGNOSIS.
In theory, they had already checked the dashboard warning light and fixed it. At least that's what we agreed on.
But no way, they only charged me €165 for replacing the lambda sensor and clearing the fault codes without actually fixing them.
After these guys worked on the car, sometimes it won't start; I have to try several times, something I've never had before. Furthermore, the sensor my car had was about 40cm long, and the one they installed was 1 meter long, with excess cable everywhere. They also left all the wires exposed without securing the protective sheathing.
I told Manuel again, and he admitted it wasn't done properly, that he was going to order another sensor and they would fix it. Right in front of me, he called and ordered another sensor, or at least made me think he was ordering another one, because after telling me he would call me as soon as it arrived, I never heard from them again.
While I was there, I asked Manuel to check why the engine warning light was still on, and he said the camshaft and crankshaft sensors were faulty, but that it could be because the battery was bad. The battery is new and was replaced in 2023.
And they didn't see these problems when they gave me the estimate? And what did they check? They just changed the sensor, cleared the codes, and that's it?
Obviously, I don't recommend them. They seem like a bunch of thieving, unprofessional hacks who only care about their money. One less customer, plus all my acquaintances who I'll make sure don't go there either.

I don't know how to rate my experience today.
After asking the office manager to change four tires on my car and specifying that, more important to me than the tire brand, the manufacturing date was, he literally told me he couldn't guarantee a recent date, that he'd have to use whatever the manufacturer sent him because they usually have a lot of stock.
So he calmly told me it wouldn't be possible, and unfortunately, I had to find another garage because I live right next to this service center. This doesn't seem logical for a company like Norauto.
