I bought some time ago 2 Michelin Primacy 4 tires and as advertised I was to get 30€ in gasoline check if I would upload the invoice. Well, after the tire installation I went home and filled the Michelin form on their website. After a few days I received a mail which decline my participation saying that the invoice is not enough. I feel like I was deceived.

I went a couple of weeks ago to have my tires inflated since I can't do it myself. The person was lovely and didn't charge me anything. Now I've taken it in for a check-up—oil, fluids, brakes—before my MOT next week. Again, they were lovely. And since they said everything was perfect, they didn't want to charge me again. I don't think there are any workshops like this left in Madrid. Thank you so much for your work and the way you treat people.

Excellent service. I went in because I thought I had a flat tire, but it turned out to be nothing. The guy helped me a lot. I highly recommend him; very reliable.

I've never had a flat tire fixed so quickly and so well. You can tell when a professional who knows what they're doing is working fast. I recommend them 100%.
