I had all four tires replaced with Michelin Primacy 5 102V, and the experience was flawless. I was surprised by how quickly they did it: they had the tires at the shop the very next day. The team was very professional and helpful, and they even lowered the final price compared to the initial quote. Plus, they gave me a free Christmas gift basket as part of their promotion. A total success!

If I could, I'd give it more than 5 stars. The customer service from Miguel and his team has been exceptional every time I've been there for several years. They're professional and punctual with car repairs and maintenance. Even when you arrive with an emergency, they try to help in any way they can. Their prices are reasonable, and they offer the Euromaster guarantee, which has always served me well. Some official dealerships of certain car brands could learn a thing or two from Euromaster El Viso, as I've had completely different experiences with them.
