Been coming here for 3 years now and they've never let me down! Absolutely trustworthy, professional and pleasant to deal with. Thanks for keeping my old Fiat Punto and motorhome running smoothly!

Well, after a while I decided to write the review too. I bought a 2010 Ibiza, here Mr. Ricardo, like with other customers, is all wonderful at first until the car starts to show faults. 2010 wheels harder than his head. A horrible noise, I told him those wheels weren't in good condition, I had to threaten to report him to change them. He changed them, but they didn't do the parallel and that's how the wheels ended up (photo), oil loss through the turbo oil pipe, after taking it 3 times, THEY DID NOTHING, since we have disassembled it again and the gasket was the original one. Noise in the timing bearing, according to him it was super checked, and he wanted to blame me on wear due to use XD, with 20,000 kms wear and tear and he told me it had just been changed. And to top it all off, when I took the car to my coworker on one occasion, a rude and arrogant guy swiped the key, leaving it scratched (I took care to check the security cameras at work when I left that day, and I didn't have it). If I buy anything here, I'd go to a car inspection company.
RESPONSE TO MASECAR: No, you didn't change the timing belt, just a roller, and if you had changed it, then it wasn't serviced. No, you didn't change the compressor; it's still the original one. If you want, I can also upload photos. No, it's not that the tires were old; they were from 2010 and I bought it in 2024. They weren't tires, they were rocks. I'll enlarge the photos of the tires. By the way, you forgot to mention that I paid for one myself because you refused (I can also upload the photo if you want). No, you didn't fix the oil leak; the marks that were made were still in the same place (I can upload the infrared photo if you want). In short, you lie about the purchase and after-sales service. And no, I wasn't going to return my car simply because you weren't as professional as you should have been.

The mechanics are friendly and work quickly, but the boss, Ricardo, is extremely verbally aggressive and has absolutely no manners. My mother went in one afternoon without an appointment to see if they had any openings to change a lightbulb, and he came out yelling at her (a peaceful, retired woman) asking how she could possibly think of doing that. Another time, I took my car in with a strong burning smell and the revs climbing wildly on their own. They didn't realize the clutch was broken. When I politely pointed out that they'd missed something, he started shouting and waving his hands wildly, so out of control that I asked him to leave, saying he was still talking to his secretary. Now I regret not reporting him back then, because I'm being told that this verbally aggressive behavior is very common with him when women go in to tell him he's made a mistake. Extremely rude and expensive to boot. I wouldn't recommend setting foot in this place.

Excellent service, highly recommended and dedicated. Both managers were very attentive, solving problems and showing commitment. They promised to take care of some tires for me and they did; they kept their word, which is rare these days. It's a shame that, for other personal reasons, I didn't end up bringing my car to their shop, but it wasn't their fault, it was my own doing. 100% recommended.

Well, he made a new suggestion! So you (potentially scammed) can read it too.
Guess what happened to me today!
I got up to go to work and it turned out the Skoda Kamid I bought in the second week of September wouldn't start... which I'd already posted a review about...
I called a tow truck and they brought in a device and told me the battery was dead, meaning I'd had the car for less than 20 days and the battery was already dead too... wow!
Well, I'd also like to tell you that yesterday I spoke to Ricardo individually on WhatsApp because when I bought the car, it was supposed to have had its maintenance done, and yesterday I got a notification that the car had 28 days left until its service was due. I called him, asking if that was the case and if he hadn't actually done the check, and you know what, he never answered. A day later, I can say that he finally didn't reply... But anyway, this afternoon I have to go out and buy a battery. Then I'll also send him the invoice via WhatsApp so he can see how he deceived me. I hope everyone reading this thinks twice before buying something from them.
And it's clear that this doesn't end here!!
