I had two new tires fitted to my motorhome in record time while I was having a coffee. They were incredibly fast, provided excellent service, and their prices were very good. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be using them again.

I went in without an appointment because one of my windshield wipers wasn't working, and they helped me without any problem. Even though the part was broken and I needed a replacement that was impossible to get on the spot, they were able to do a temporary fix so it would work. So I'm extremely grateful.

A few days ago I wrote a review, which you can see, where I gave the workshop and its professionals a 10. However, I gave the owner a 0 because of his attitude at a certain point and a specific incident. Well, this gentleman took my rating so badly that he responded: that checking tire pressure isn't free, that they have to use a compressor, and that it's done by an employee. He was outraged that I gave him a 0 (because of his attitude at that moment and the specific incident) and that other places do charge for checking tire pressure, and that customers have to do it themselves. At the Repsol gas station in Mieres, it's free, and the gas station attendant checks the pressure; it's the same at Riestra Tires. It's another thing entirely to be grateful and leave a tip. I'm still here. The last tires Riestra fitted for me were in 1993. I have two vehicles, and I always go to Riestra to check the tire pressure on one of them, and they fitted the tires at his shop. Four times, four tires at a time. For the other vehicle, it's an SUV, all four tires were checked three times. The last time was in the spring of 2021. He probably checked the pressure three or four times; the other times in five years, they were checked at the Repsol gas station or at Riestra, for free and without complaint. This owner says he takes care of customer safety in his shop. I always left the vehicles on the street, came back to pick them up when the mechanic told me to, and went into his office to pay. I don't know what kind of safety he's referring to, unless he wants to be paid on the street. If he wants to charge for checking tire pressure, he should say so, or put up a sign explaining the price. He tells me he's outraged, but NO, I'm the one who's outraged by his response to my comment. His attitude at that specific moment humiliated both the professional and me. You call yourself the owner, but if it weren't for the excellent quality of the professionals and the clients, you would be NOTHING. The professionals work to earn their salaries. And also so that you can live well. As a consumer, I know my rights. Reply as you see fit. Because of your harsh response, I'm giving you another 0.

I took my Ibiza Sport 1.9 TDI in for maintenance this morning, and the service was excellent and professional from the very first minute. I had an appointment at 9:00 AM, and they called me at 10:00 AM to pick it up. Thank you for your kindness throughout.

A week ago, I had my Seat Ibiza wheel aligned and rear tires replaced at Euro Master Oviedo. The service was impeccable: very professional, fast, and with a serious and trustworthy approach.
