This review is for the work done on changing some brake pads.
First and foremost, the friendliness of the two people who work at the front desk was simply outstanding. The work was also done quickly (too quickly, I'm afraid). They changed the pads, and when I took the van out of the garage, the brake feel was terrible. In my opinion (a non-expert's, obviously), it was as if they hadn't bled the brakes afterward. But now, the handbrake warning light was coming on when I pressed the brake pedal. I returned the van and explained the problem. They politely took it back. When I went to pick it up, everything was exactly the same. They told me they had filed down the pads because the rotors were old (?), although they hadn't mentioned that when I took the van out the first time. And that the warning light was coming on was a problem with the rear wiring (yes, the van is old, but that wasn't happening before I took it to the garage). They washed their hands of it and referred me to an auto electrician, saying they didn't handle that kind of work.
I think they do a good job with tires, and I repeat, the service is fantastic, but I won't be going back to their shop for mechanical repairs.

I'd never had a shop I trusted 100%. One day I went in to change my tires and was delighted with their friendliness, workmanship, and excellent service. They also had a variety of very well-priced products. I've always gone there since then. I can't recommend them enough.
