Totally unprofessional. A perfectly operational tire was reported as "damaged" just to sell a new tire instead of making a minor repair. When returned to ask for the "damaged" tire, it had disappeared.

They don't try to overcharge: they have quality tires and only change them when it's really necessary, which is much appreciated. I usually go to Carlos, who is a top-notch professional. I went to get a flat tire repaired. They told me to come back in half an hour, and to my surprise, they told me there was no flat tire since the shop was busy. I believed them and left. It's true, they didn't charge me. After a while, the tire went flat again because it was flat, just like I told them, and they took me for a fool. I'll take it to a more reputable shop.
