We went to Euromaster El Espinar for a general maintenance service (oil change, filters, etc.). The car was due to be left for about 5 hours, and to our surprise, the company offered to drive us home and then pick us up once everything was ready. The gentleman in charge of this transfer was very friendly, as was the receptionist and the mechanics who worked on the car. The service was excellent, friendly, and professional. Without a doubt, they will be our trusted garage from now on. Highly recommended!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, COMPETITIVE PRICE. I found this workshop on Google Maps. I contacted Juan Pablo, and the phone service was excellent. I made an appointment to change the front tires and brake pads. When I arrived, the owner, Vicente, greeted me very warmly. They were very honest and told me the pads didn't need replacing yet, that I should wait, and that they would change them and the rotors together later. They were kind enough to drive me to the town of San Rafael so I wouldn't be bored waiting at the workshop and could have a drink. The tires came out perfectly. A special mention to Alberto and Juanpe, the mechanics, who were very efficient and also very friendly. In addition to all this, they washed my car for free and checked the fluids and oil. By the way, the car wash tunnels are state-of-the-art, and they left it spotless. Thank you very much; this will be my go-to workshop from now on.

I only have words of gratitude. My partner and I were traveling and had car trouble. Despite being very busy, they went above and beyond to help us. They are not only excellent professionals but also wonderful people. They welcomed us and helped us with everything, even driving us to town so we could have lunch and letting us wait in the waiting room until they fixed the problem. From the receptionist to all the staff, thank you so much. Don't hesitate to leave your vehicle in their hands. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I feel compelled to respond: It's true that my cars have NEVER had any mechanical work done, and I don't want to find out how they do it. And finally, when I tell them that you sprayed the car, etc., their response is that it wasn't you, despite having photos and videos that prove it was you. They claim that as soon as the insurance adjuster arrived, saw the car and the evidence, he said you had done it and that you had to fix it. So please don't call me a liar. This is, among other things, a Mapfre-affiliated workshop, but if you can, for bodywork and paint issues, don't take your car here. They make countless mistakes: they don't assemble the parts properly, there are color differences, they return the car filthy inside, they don't meet deadlines, delaying the car's return significantly, they don't cover the car properly, and they spray it all over (windows, windows, etc.). And then they say it wasn't them. So, if you want my advice, take photos or videos of the car when you drop it off. The only person who's spared is the receptionist, because when you complain—and rightly so—other people give you dirty looks and make rude gestures. And I say all this with the backing of the surveyor who, when he comes to see the work done because of my complaints, agrees with me. As for the mechanical work, etc., I have no idea how they do it, but given what I've seen, I'm not going to find out.
