Quiénes somos

Nuestro taller Euromaster en Segovia, en Pol. Ind. El Cerro, Calle Navacerrada 24, te ofrece servicios de mecánica tanto para vehículos ligeros (coches, furgonetas) como para vehículos industriales (camiones, tractores y vehículos agrícolas) y otras de mayor tamaño como son vehículos especializados en ingeniería civil.

Tu seguridad en la carretera es nuestro principal objetivo. Por eso te recomendamos acudir a nuestro taller para realizar un control periódico de los sistemas de seguridad activa y, en caso de que fuera necesario, solicitar un mantenimiento preventivo. Verificaremos los frenos, amortiguadores, reglaje de luces, limpiaparabrisas y el sistema de aire acondicionado, evitando así averías importantes.

También realizamos el mantenimiento para tu vehículo de trabajo: Batería de camión, aceite y ejes de camiones, sistema de frenos neumáticos, balonas de suspensión y aire acondicionado para camiones. Todo lo que puedas necesitar para que tu camión esté funcionando el mayor tiempo posible.

My wife and I tour Europe every year on a motorcycle. We have always dreaded getting a puncture. Yesterday we did get a puncture in our rear tyre 35km from Segovia on a narrow, rarely used road. Fortunately, a car stopped and we locked our BMW motorcycle and the motorist took us to Euromaster in Segovia at about 1pm. The manager spoke reasonable English and advised they could go and get our bike at 4 pm. They then drove us down to a local restaurant so we could eat. The manager (Angel) set about trying to get a new tyre for us. At 3.30 we retrieved the bike, they mended our tyre and we were on our way to our hotel by 5.30. They got us exactly the tyre we wanted and so we arranged to go back at 11 am following morning to replace the tyre. What could have been a nightmare became a not so bad experience. And the cost was most reasonable. These people are efficient, friendly and the cost is very fair. Highly recommended. We were very lucky to be taken there.

In general, I was very satisfied. I was a satisfied customer, but once I left the car and it was returned to me with a damaged fender. Accordingly, they denied and refused to take any responsibility and the foreman's attitude was quite rude. His words were "this is not from us, you understand!!! We have cameras, do you want to see them" when I answered YES he replied that he could not now because he had a lot of work and would see them and if it was from them he would contact me. The impact is on the upper side of the fender and it can be seen that it was done very recently. This is what happened to me.

The staff were very friendly. I was in a hurry, so I went to the center before my appointment and they attended to me right away. They changed my tires quickly, without me having to wait.
