On Friday afternoon, I lost air due to a broken valve. I had to contact my insurance company because I couldn't change the tire myself. After roadside assistance arrived, they weren't able to remove one of the lug nuts (and didn't do much to try). They inflated the tire and suggested I go somewhere that changed tires; this was the nearest garage. I arrived at 7:15 PM, and they closed at 7:30 PM, leaving me with 15 minutes to spare, even though they still had vehicles on lifts waiting for customers. The receptionist said she wasn't sure if it would be possible but decided to check with the garage. The garage staff told me not to worry, that they weren't going to leave me stranded there, forcing me to call a tow truck and deal with all the hassle, or leaving my car there until Saturday. They could have removed the lug nut and put on the spare tire, and I could have had the broken one repaired later, but no, they removed the tire, repaired it, remounted it, and fixed everything in just ten minutes. I give them the highest rating, not only for their work, but also for the empathy, kindness, and pleasantness with which they treated me, from the receptionist to the manager and workshop staff. What might seem trivial to many was a huge deal for me, especially since I don't live in Toledo. I was VERY, VERY, VERY surprised by the kindness and pleasantness with which I received service and how quickly they resolved the problem. Thank you so much!

Good. Better to make an appointment. It took them two and a half hours to change four light bulbs 💡... they had told me about an hour.

Terrible experience. Even though I had a prior appointment, it took them almost three hours to change four tires, and I was lucky they even helped me because I told them I'd been waiting for almost three hours. Imagine the frustration when walk-in customers were served before me! To top it all off, the owner tried to make sure I didn't leave angry, even telling me the reason was that they'd made a mistake with the appointments. Then, a little while later, the reason was that my vehicle has special rims. I still don't know why they're special if they only have four lug nuts without locks. They didn't know what excuse to come up with. And they were quick to take my money! I'll never be back!

Once again, they were incredibly attentive to my car, the mechanics provided excellent service, and they found a great solution! I highly recommend them!
