I don't usually write reviews, but I owed Euromaster T.C. 5 stars years ago. They were always friendly, identifying the problem and fixing it promptly and at very reasonable prices. I stopped using the garage because when the cylinder head blew at the end of June, Miguel told me he was swamped and wanted to do the repair himself (it's a rather special car, and quite old), so it couldn't be done until September. Wanting to enjoy my classic car during the summer, I looked for another option, which turned out to be a complete failure. Months later, when the car started consuming antifreeze, I made an appointment at Euromaster. When I arrived, Miguel, as soon as he saw me, said there was a very high chance they had done the repairs incorrectly, and that I should complain because I probably wouldn't have to spend any more money if the problem was simply shoddy workmanship. He showed great honesty in this way, because he could have kept the car and charged me for the repair, but he wanted to help me financially. At the other garage, they made excuses not to work on the engine again and told me it was the radiator cap, that it was leaking. They replaced it, I trusted them, and parked the car. I hardly ever drive it, and when I wanted to take it on a short trip, the coolant consumption warning came back. Since then, I've been to two other garages with embarrassing results, and I still have the problem, so I'm going to make another appointment with Miguel (I hope he's still the head mechanic). You don't realize how good something is until you try it yourself, so I'll definitely go back and put all my trust in this garage (I tried others to avoid the embarrassment of admitting that I'd been ripped off at the garage that did the cylinder head). I suppose you don't remember me since it's been three years since we last saw each other, but I'm sure seeing me will jog your memory :)

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED. In Tres Cantos. Great professionals, friendly, polite, and courteous service. They solved my car tire problems and they are truly fantastic. Miguel Angel is always helpful, explains everything in detail, and always with a smile (and they're incredibly busy). They deserve recognition because there aren't many places like this left. Congratulations, gentlemen! I will continue to go there every time something happens to my car.
