My first and last experience. Before, when it was Carrion, I used to get my tires changed there because of the service and attention. Now all that's gone. I had all four tires changed in July. I made the reservation online and paid that same day. The day arrived, and even though I had the printed reservation with all the details, it took them over 40 minutes to check that the payment had been made. They finished changing the tires but couldn't print the invoices because of some price difference compared to the website. They said they would send it to the email address I used for the reservation, but it never arrived. I went back several times and always got the same answer. It's October now, and nothing has changed. I'm left without an invoice, but this company is losing a customer and getting a bad reputation among my family and friends.
I'm editing this review after seeing the establishment's response. The day after the tires were fitted, I went to the center to request the invoice. The response couldn't be more inaccurate, since the justification given at the time was that the invoice was issued at the store price and the website promotion wasn't honored, not that it was the first time they'd used that system. It's the same old routine: justifications completely lacking any truth. If you agreed to send the invoice by email, please provide me with the date it was sent, because it's useless to me now, but the invoice still hasn't been sent. That's the only reality.

I went in an emergency without an appointment and they treated me wonderfully. They changed two tires very quickly and were very kind. I'll definitely be back. It's a pleasure to do business like this.

They performed the work very professionally. They kept me informed at all times and provided all the necessary explanations about the repair options, carrying out everything efficiently and effectively.

They quoted me a quote for replacing two wheels, balancing all four, and replacing them from front to back for €257. After waiting 10 days for an appointment, they did it and charged me €404.
DISGRACEFUL
And they told me there was no discount in the initial quote, when they stated it was 23%. And in the final quote, it was 25%. A 2% difference? And on top of that, the consumer is paying for their error. Unacceptable, and we will file a claim with the consumer. Apologies are not accepted.

I was seen before my scheduled appointment time. The tire change was done correctly. The price matched the quote I received over the phone. The reception staff was very friendly.
In short, highly recommended.
