Well, my experience was today when I went to their workshop because the tire pressure warning light was on, and I thought one of my tires was losing air. They treated me wonderfully, providing excellent service. They checked all the tires, even removing the one I suspected, and found everything was fine. When I went to pay, they told me I didn't have to pay anything—unbelievable! Their work was amazing. I insisted, but they still refused to charge me. So, to thank them, I gave them money for coffee. They are very grateful and honest. I'm Cris, the one with the Renault Clio. I'm from Bilbao and I usually go to La Pineda four times a year. If I ever need anything done to my car, this will be my go-to place, and I'll recommend them to everyone. They put my mind at ease just by looking at my car. A million thanks!
